I saw Dr Shamik Basu at the Heart of Hounslow for my son's eczema. He was patient and thorough with his explanation, and for the first time I felt I understood what the illness was. He took me through each stage of treatment, and on further follow ups, I saw the benefits. I would 100% recommend seeing this dr again.
