Was able to get an appointment same day and had a very efficient consultation. The doctor explained I should make sure I am contacted within 2 weeks for my referral appointment (and notify surgery if not) but that she would also set reminder herself.

Very pleased with Dr Shalini Patel The Dr listened to me explained my past procedure in layman's terms Contacted Kingston Hospital in my presence to clarify several points which put my mind at rest. My prescription tablets were sorted out by the Dr which I picked up from my local chemist 1 hour later. I left the Green surgery feeling much better and at ease Thank you Dr Shalini Patel professional and friendly.
