Not only did I receive a clear diagnosis but, most importantly, it was delivered by a doctor with excellent people skills. As a former Health & Social Care professional with over 25 years experience I have found that this basic, but crucial/essential, skill could sometimes be sadly lacking. Refreshing to be treated by someone who is able to wear their knowledge lightly, and could communicate it in a confident, but friendly and non-patronising way. Thanks Preeti .
