I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dr Preeti Shah to anyone needing the help of a rheumatologist. My very first experience from initial contact to make an appointment was first class . Dr Shah has a most efficient P.A.Barbara . She was very much “on the money “ as I needed an appointment quickly and she incredibly efficient in calling me back and was able to liaise with Dr.Shah to fit me in the same day . I have found Barbara equally attentive in all dealings with her ever since . As for Dr Shah she listened to me and her gut feeling on 1st examination proved to be 100% right . I had previously been to see another specialist who had left me in pain and had not diagnosed my problem at all . Within a fortnight of meeting Dr Shah I was pain free . Furthermore I found it particularly helpful that each consultation was followed up with a letter explaining my problem in layman’s terms where so many consultants can use jargon that leaves you unsure as to what is going on . Dr Shah is a delightful lady who cares about her patients welfare . Like I said in my opening paragraph - I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone . Thank you
