This was the first time I had met Dr Kar and I was a bit worried as to what approach he would use to help me.After discussing my problems he decided on a one step at a time solution which I was happy with and made to feel that things would improve without major changes to my treatment.I feel that I was listened to and that my feelings and thoughts were taken into consideration.
