I have been a Diabetic for 22 years and have had issues with control most of that time. My care used to be at QA previously, but some years ago, was moved to my GPs surgery. Although I have had a great relationship with the diabetic nurse at the surgery, it feels more re-assuring to be back with the team at QA again, I really feel as though I'm in the care of a professional team who will try everything to help me back to better control of my diabetes.
