Dr Akotia looked after me excellently during my pre and post operation. He explained everything well and put me at ease. Very professional but with a relaxed manner which is nice when you are feeling uneasy about an operation and how you are going to feel after. I was put at ease when Dr Akotia came into my room as I recognised him from my daughters surgery the previous year. I remembered him as he had given my daughter amazing care during her operation which from a parent perspective is so very important. Dr Akotia was really kind, friendly and made the whole procedure much more relaxed which is exactly what you need for children.
