I had a steroid injection this morning. I was nervous but was put totally at ease. The doctor was completely empathic to my feelings and conversed with me so that I felt more relaxed. I had complete confidence as he explained the procedure and I knew what to expect. This made me feel I had some element of control during the procedure.

Very pleasant to have my knee procedure from this doctor. It was perhaps the easiest treatment - I hardly felt a thing - and it was over in no time at all. And the relief was almost immediate. Looking forward to having my other knee done.

It received an injection in my foot for arthritis. I was made to feel at ease throughout by the Dr and the nurse. The whole procedure went very quickly and made me feel at ease. We even discussed what streaming shows we all watched.

Dr. Mohamed Elsayad is a consultant radiologist specializing in musculoskeletal imaging, ultrasound-guided injections, and cross-sectional body imaging. In his current role, he has advanced his expertise in complex pelvic imaging, including colorectal, gynecological, and multiparametric prostate MRI imaging, and is a core member of these multidisciplinary meetings.
He serves as the lead radiologist for the BHRUT Endometriosis tertiary referral center and has pioneered the introduction of microbubble contrast ultrasound in liver imaging. Dr. Elsayad holds a Specialist Ultrasound Master's degree, covering areas such as the abdomen, pelvis, musculoskeletal, vascular, gynecological, small parts, and various lumps and bumps.
Passionate about education, Dr. Elsayad teaches at numerous national and local radiology courses and is a lead trainer for helping trainees pass the FRCR 2b exam. He also assists overseas doctors in settling within the NHS and progressing their careers, offering guidance to those facing challenges.
Dr. Elsayad collaborates with GP partners, clinicians, and radiology teams to provide exceptional patient care. In his personal time, he enjoys playing tennis, swimming, traveling, and listening to audiobooks on productivity and human psychology.
