Dr Elsayad and his nurse support worker were amazing. I was very nervous and had never had an ultrasound guided injection (shoulder) before. Dr Elsayad was kind and reassuring. I kept my eyes closed because I was so nervous. I can honestly say that I did not feel a thing and the procedure was quick and painless for me. I am very glad that I went ahead and would highly recommend Dr Elsayad.
