Dr Elsayad was exceptionally caring to my fear of needles and chatted to me through the whole procedure to take my mind off what was happening. Very professional, very friendly approach to put me at ease. His assistant Dina Assaf was equally comforting during the procedure and in her friendly manner. Thank you both.
