Dr Mohamed Elsayad undertook a ultrasound guided injection into my shoulder. It was the first time I had had such a procedure and I was nervous, but Dr Elsayad and his assisting nurse put me at my ease.
The actual procedure was painless and he took time to show me the images on the ultrasound and answer any questions I had.
Overall, it was a very positive experience.
