Dr Elsayad has a very friendly manner and managed to put me at ease. He really listened to me and went beyond what was requested on the scan to double check a separate issue I had. He answered my questions and made a point of asking me if I had any further questions which was excellent as normally I forget what I want to ask but his promptings helped to answer my often unasked questions!
