I recently had treatment fo Superior Mensentric Stenosis.
Dr Faris and the interventional radiology team at the Conquest hospital were excellent.
The whole team were sympathetic to hearing issues and spent a lot time explaining the procedure to me.
Whilst in the theatre they kept me informed and reassured every step of the way.
The post procedure care was also excellent.
I was really nervous, and Dr Faris and his team were excellent at putting me at ease. It wasn't anywhere near as bad as I thought it would be, I had massively over thought things. The results haven't been as good as hoped BUT I have been back to have a bit more done and am also waiting to re book again for some follow up, which is sometimes the case. Can't fault the care and professionalism and have answered all questions and Dr Faris came back to me almost immediately when I was away and had a concern. So I look forward to the follow up to get rid of a bit more!
From the very start , I was made to feel very comfortable, at ease with all the staff. The customer service was great, I could not have asked for more. Mr Farris is a wonderful consultant, made the procedure much better then I thought it was going to be. I was nervous, he put me at ease straight away, explained what he was going to do. Very professional guy ,but approachable. After my procedure, I felt great. Looking forward to no more heavy, painful ,unsightly legs,I had both legs treated. The dressings and support stockings did what they were meant to do, great when they came off though !!. My overall experience is one of wonderment .... I can not explain how much difference my new legs have made to me. No more pain, no heaviness, and NO hanging grapes !!!. I can’t recommend Mr Faris enough, and the clinic. They have changed things for me on so many levels. THANK YOU, THANK YOU
