A really professional and helpful consultant. Alongside the nursing staff he made me feel at ease throughout the treatment process. He explained every step so I knew what issues had been found (at the initial consultation) what was going to happen (during the main treatment) and that all areas of concern were treated (during the follow up appointment) and that I was happy with my treatment. Really reassuring and made a Lon experience I was a little bit daunted by significantly more comfortable.
