Reviews
Attended an appointment today with Dr Chandan with my 2 week old baby. Dr Chandan was very helpful and reassuring, he carried out a thorough check of her and advised us the best course of care for the issue we attend the appointment for. Dr Chandan was very professional with a fantastic “bedside manner”. The service level from the practice has improved greatly since being run by Dr Chandan and his team - as a patient of the surgery for nearly 6 years, this has been the easiest experience we have had.
I’ve been pretty impressed on my recent visits and understand that Dr Chandon and his team are in the process of improving the patient experience at the practice. All clinicians I have spoken to have listened and explained their actions. I feel that receiving the right advice and associated treatment is now available throughout the day.
The doctor listened to me cared about me and always given me the correct medication thank you D r Chandan
Dr Chandan is always professional and friendly. He listens and is reassuring.
I found my consultation and treatment with Dr. Chandan exception. He clearly explained the treatment, the effects and any side effects and gave me several suggestions on how to keep healthy following my treatment. I received a steroid injection and the whole time he administered the injection he was very reassuring. Afterwards he checked I was happy with everything and suggested that I should have an injection in my other knee if I found the first one worked satisfactorily. I would certainly recommend others to see this doctor. I also found the receptionist on duty very polite and helpful she also greeted me with a smile.
