Very personable approach, great listening skills and great advice during medication review. I felt completely comfortable in Dr Hughes presence and went away feeling very satisfied through engagement with a very compotent doctor. Only negative was the wait time of 30mins.

I’ve always had doctors not listen or hand me leaflets before. Dr Hughes actually listened and I’m so grateful for that. It won’t happen overnight to learn tools and get better but I’m grateful she’s helped me start.

Went to see Dr Hughes yesterday for something I’ve been in about before, was completely brushed off and told not to be silly on previous visit - Dr Hughes was the complete opposite! She talked through everything with me slowly and checked everything thoroughly. Treatment and diagnosis process explained fully and next steps put in place. Very pleased, best doctor I’ve seen within the partnership.
