I had been struggling with a UTI for two weeks and unfortunately had not improved after anti biotics. After having a very negative experience from my own GP at Jenner house surgery I was finding it difficult to cope with the pain I was in and was feeling like I couldn’t be helped. When I spoke to this doctor, I felt reassured and he listened to my symptoms. He sympathised with my pain and prescribed me with the correct pain killers. I was very grateful and I wish he was my allocated GP.

Dr Koshel listened to me and spoke to me in detail in a language that I understand. I felt that my concerns were heard and I felt respected. Dr Koshel followed up with extra information to help and explained his rationale for his decisions which reassured me. I have no suggestions on how he could have improved his service today, it was fabulous.
