I feel that Dr. Koshal listen to all my issues. He is very thourough in asking relevant questions. He is very good and sent me instructions of what we diacussed afterwards. I highly recommend him. We need more doctor like him to bring back trust in the NHS.

My telephone appointment was scheduled not with my usual GP Surgery / usual doctor, but with Berkshire Primary Care with Dr Koshal - after my call I really wished that Dr Koshal wqs my usual doctor. He listened to my concerns , I didn’t feel rushed, he took everything into account with current medications and conditions. I felt really reassured in the treatment plan that we decided In the world we live in facing NHS pressures , what an asset he is to this industry

Dr Koshal was most professional with a very engaging manner. He was happy to listen to aspects that I might not have thought would have been directly relevant, but he was reassuring and helpful and provide information very clearly. He was able to confirm information that other doctors and nurses have provided me and even added some more alternative measures to ensure I remained UTI free. He clearly explained about the PSA and steps that I needed to take to arrange for it to be undertaken.
