Dr Koshal listened to my concerns, asked appropriate questions, and then gave me reassurance and advice on how to deal with my issue. He was never condescending and he treated me with respect. Despite my initial anxiety and personal health concerns, by the end of of the consultation I felt happy that I had received the best possible advice.
