I received a prompt response to a request put to the ooh service from this doctor on 17/11/20. He had taken the time to read throughly information provided by 111 so I did not need to go through the whole story again. This doctor seemed to genuinely ‘care’, which you see less and less of in current times. He was able to put my mind at ease about concerns after my very recent hysterectomy surgery on 9/11/20. He gave clear and understandable advice. He validated my concerns. He was very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable talking to him about personal female concerns. I would consider myself fortunate if this doctor was my regular GP.
