My telephone appointment with Dr Karan Koshal was very good, he went through my medical condition thoroughly and gave me good advice to manage the treatment for my loss of hearing problems. Overall I had excellent support from the NHS and Berkshire Healthcare just when I needed it. Phillip Ruddle
