Dr Koshal was one of the doctors who called me back after I spoke with NHS 111. My issue was quite sensitive as I'm 6 weeks pregnant and as a first time mum to be I had some bleeding and was extremely concerned. The doctor was very helpful, explained things in an easy to understand manner, called me within 20 minutes of my initial call and then followed up with me after discussing my case with the relevant hospital department. He was very reassuring and answered all questions I had. I didn't feel like another number, I felt cared for and wasn't rushed on the call. I would strongly recommend Dr Koshal. If I could, I would choose him as my GP :) Thanks
