My telephone appointment was scheduled not with my usual GP Surgery / usual doctor, but with Berkshire Primary Care with Dr Koshal - after my call I really wished that Dr Koshal wqs my usual doctor. He listened to my concerns , I didn’t feel rushed, he took everything into account with current medications and conditions. I felt really reassured in the treatment plan that we decided In the world we live in facing NHS pressures , what an asset he is to this industry
