Dr Koshal was extremely caring, kind & informative. Answered all of my questions & more & most importantly made me feel calm & reassured in order for me to provide the care that my daughter needs. He was very thorough & detailed in explaining the care that I need to give to my daughter & went through every case (worst/best) case scenario!! Thank you NHS you are amazing! Thank you Dr Koshal for making me feel at ease in what is a very worrying time for a mum.
