After some years of suffering with a recurrent problem and being given antibiotics which made no difference, Dr Koshal called and I am grateful that he did. He listened, asked questions and came up with an action plan. He concluded that a different course of action was required and did not want to prescribe more antibiotics until the problem has been correctly diagnosed. He arranged for tests and has given me hope that this can be resolved. It would be excellent if more doctors had the same approach of Dr Koshal. He was knowledgeable, helpful, supportive and compassionate.
