Received a brilliant service response today from Dr K Koshal especially given this current crisis with how much work our NHS staff have to contend with. My phone was faulty but Dr Koshal made 4 attempts to contact me this morning. Dr Koshal was very organised, having read my notes prior to telephone consultation, listened and answered my concerns and has organised an appropriate quick follow-up to aid a diagnosis of current problem. Super impressed with the professionalism, caring and efficiency of this Dr.
