Dr. Kirk-Bayley was brilliant. He allayed any worries I had about the anaesthetics in a very friendly and professional manner. I was especially worried about my front bridge in my mouth and he agreed to use a side tube which was fantastic. I had no nausea on waking up and actually had not realised the operation had gone ahead! He came back to see how I was afterwards and he was kind, caring and actually looked at you as he spoke which is always reassuring. I would definitely recommend him and would be very happy to have him as the anaesthetist in the hopefully unlikely event of another operation.
