A very professional, caring and kind GP who listens carefully to ones problems and concerns and goes to great lengths to explain what the likely problem or cause could be both verbally and visually via textbooks. I have total confidence and faith in Dr Jo McGilligan to provide the optimum diagnosis and prescription often diagramatically for physical issues. A very empathetic & highly regarded GP
It is also very pertinent to extol the virtues of the Greystone Practice as a whole. Here as best practice and practicable is a cohesive Team with outstanding physician, nursing & general care highly respected in the community and their 'medical' peers. Thee Greystone synergy has to be admired. Long may they reign!!

This is a great example of what an NHS doctor should be - he takes interest, listens, talks through things with you. I've never felt rushed or felt like I'm wasting his time. I feel safe in his hands and always wait to see him (quite a popular doctor so hard to get an appointment with him but he's superb). I've had experiences with other GPs who make you feel guilty to be there as they make it seem like your problem is trivial but not this Doctor. A very kind, patient man + he also performs minor surgeries in- house. So lucky to have this rare gem in our surgery.
