Dr Joseph treat me with great empathy. He gave me enough time to explain my symptoms and he examined me with great dignity and privacy. He explain to me the nature of my illness and what I would expect regarding treatment and follow up and what complications might happened. Dr Joseph discussed with me the treatment options and he involved me in the treatment plan. He also explained to me when and where to seek medical advice in case my heath deteriorate or not improve.

Thank you Dr mcgilligan the treatment that you gave my daughter today was excellent. As a mum of a young child you explained the illness and treatment and took time to explain the recovery. The doctor practice is a credit to the NHS.

I had a chest infection & was very congested & breathless, after being on 2 courses of anti-biotics which wasn't curing it, he checked my notes & examined me thoroughly, listened to what I had to say. made sensible suggestions, diagnosed a chest/upper respiratory infection & changed my prescription to a different antibiotic. I'm hopeful this will work. A very caring doctor--- thank you.

I am so disappointed that, I believe, Dr. McGilligan is temporary at longcroft clinic. He is so caring, and thorough with his examinations. He does not rush you at all. He shows a sense of real care, but with a touch of humour. The best doctor I have seen in a long long time.
