Dr. Joe McGilligan is what I would call an old fashioned GP, he takes as long as he needs to listen to his patients and takes his time to ensure that they understand his diagnoses and the treatment required, so don't be surprised if you have some some slight delay to your appointment as the patient ahead of you will have been receiving full attention. Believe me, he is well worth waiting for.
