Dr McGilligan looked after our toddler very well. He was patient and kind when Harry was upset and explained everything to me clearly. He understood that I was worried and was sympathetic and empathetic. The treatment he suggested has worked well and Harry is now much better. Many thanks!

As a visitor from out of the area and in considerable pain I was fortunately able to make an appointment at the practice and was very lucky to see Dr Joseph McGilligan. He was professional, courteous, kind and listened to my concerns and prescribed appropriately and accurately. Nowadays we hear dreadful stories about NHS employees but I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received from Dr McGilligan and the practice and patients who attend there are very lucky to have him working there. Would definitely recommend.

Dr McGilligan referred to the previous time we had been to visit with my son and which made it feel personable. He interacted with my daughter to include her in the consultation. He told a couple of stories including humour which again was nice. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about and I liked the fact he sent my information regarding the condition via email for me to read over in more detail. He was kind and polite.
