Dr McGilligan is an excellent GP who takes time to listen to your problems. He explains everything thoroughly & will print off information for you to take home & read when appropriate. I have taken my children to see hime a few times over the last 15 years & I have great confidence in his knowledge. He is very thorough, shows genuine concern & is very caring. Dr McGilligan's care is second to none. He has a very kind manner & you never feel he is trying to rush you. I trust him implicitly & always feel reassured when I leave the practice after seeing him

Always very thorough and precise with his diagnosis. Takes time with his patients and therefore has a tendency to run late, but always been worth the wait.

Dr McGilligan has been my GP for my family for about a year and I am very pleased he is because every time I go there he takes time to explain things things in layman's terms. Not a single time have I felt too scared to ask anything as you know he is listening and allays my fears each time. I totally trust him and I highly recommend him and I hope he never leaves Greystone House surgery :-)

Dr McGilligan has been my GP for more than 15 years. He is genuinely concerned for his patients and goes to great lengths to provide great medical care to them. He is very thorough in his investigation and asks relevant questions and recommends required tests before giving correct diagnosis and prescription. During a check up for persistent cough in 2006 he recommended blood test that led to detection of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. He, then not only referred to me urgently to the specialist consultant for blood cancer but also followed it up with the hospital till I was admitted for Chemotherapy. I wouldn’t have survived but for his timely detection, diagnosis and pre/post hospitalisation care. He has provided immense care and support to myself and to my family members. He is an excellent doctor in every respect.
