I had my first appointment with Dr McGilligan yesterday and extremely happy with the service received. I thought I would have to go to hospital for scans on my knee but Dr McGilligan resolved the issue there and then with instructions on how to improve the movement of my knee and resolve the issue. Dr McGilligan also really listened to me about another issue as well and I left there feeling as though I was understood and would be receiving the correct treatment in future (which has not been the case previously through hospitals). Also a thoroughly nice chap! :-)

Dr McGilligan, well once jn your lifetime you meet people who truly are 'THE BEST ' at what they do . Dr McGilligan really takes his time to talk through all your worries and concerns ,and today he even did my blood test there and then , and told me I would get results by that evening . I left my appointment knowing I had been listened to and had been seen by a doctor who is passionate about his profession . I really felt relieved today as I had previously googled my symptoms and had got my mind in that OMG I'm on the way out :) All I can say is DR MCGilligan is a real credit to grey stone surgery and to the NHS . This kind of care is Michelin standard :) not McDonald's . Karen (Tipson)oluwafemi . Thank you .

Dr mcgilligan listens with an open mind and really does want to give the best care available. He is compassionate and extremely knowledgable. I always try to book My appointments and the family's appointments with him.
