Family doctor for many years, extremely knowledgeable and always helpful. Friendly and very comforting. Will always give you as much time as you need - hence he's normally a bit of a wait, but always worth it. Wonderful man.

We've been using this practice for 15 years my wife and two children. It gets a five star rating from this whole family. Easy to get seen, courtesy from the front door to exit and excellent care. They've always put the patient first. Now it seems they are having to work ridiculous hours according to new regulations being enforced. This is a mistake. Not only is it unfair but it puts patients at risk with overworked and stressed GP's. I love this practice and have always known it to be very efficient and top quality. In a world where it takes months to be seen by a specialist at the hospital (if at all,) what a relief to have the procedure done at your local surgery... the next week!
Greystone Surgery needs all the respect and support the government has to give!

I felt very desperate and My doctor really listened to me, gave me lots of information on sleeping, depression and even gave me information on toddlers in a very kind and helpful way and not at all patronising. I'm very pleased to have such a doctor! The staff here are the nicest people, on the desk they are friendly and welcoming. I hope not to attend here often for obvious reasons but I am so glad I chose Greystone house for my daughter and myself, what a lovely surgery!
