A big thank you for all your care and compassion. You have listened to all my concerns and gave a me a great confidence , I have received appropriate treatment and I am now on a road to recovery. I very much appreciated all what you have done for me. I am also a Health professional on a large NHS teaching hospital , being on a receiving end of care is often hard for me but you have made such a big difference on my experience so a Very BIG thank you Dr. Jo McGilligan
