Dr McGilligan saw my son at very short notice on the evening of Christmas Eve, sparing us a trip to a&e as we were so worried. He listened carefully and took on board that my boy has autism, treating him appropriately and with care, explaining everything he was going to do. He made a quick diagnosis and told us which pharmacy would still be open. Narrowly avoided a Christmas in hospital, thanks to this doctor, our family are so grateful for the care we received.
