I had a chest infection & was very congested & breathless, after being on 2 courses of anti-biotics which wasn't curing it, he checked my notes & examined me thoroughly, listened to what I had to say. made sensible suggestions, diagnosed a chest/upper respiratory infection & changed my prescription to a different antibiotic. I'm hopeful this will work. A very caring doctor--- thank you.
