Dr McGilligan went above and beyond and stayed later than his working hours in order to fit me in, for minor surgery on my toe nail. He explained exactly what the procedure was and the important facts about after care in order to improve results following the visit. He took an interest about me as a person and wished me luck for the future ahead of me. He seemed in no rush, took his time and was open to my many questions. Although I was seen slightly later than my appointment time, this was totally understood by myself as the service was fantastic and really made me proud of the NHS services we have in place. There is one last positive, my toe no longer hurts, so this doctor knows what he is doing! Brilliant to say the least.
