Dr Kwan is an excellent consultant and a very thoughtful and considerate man. I had a stroke at the age of 55 during the earliest days of the pandemic, so it felt all the more difficult to understand and tackle my situation, get the right appointments and assessments, and into the care of the right people. He helped with all of that. He explained everything extremely carefully, brought me and my husband into well informed decision making, and generally made me feel much more confident about my situation. He also went above and beyond in the practical elements of getting my prescription to me when access was difficult because of the pandemic, keeping in direct contact, and generally being available to discuss any concerns. I was first seen at Charing Cross and now at Cleveland Clinic.
