Dr Kwan is an exceptional medic.
My father suffered a major stroke and as a family we are coming to terms with what this means. We met Dr Kwan at a time of immense stress and what stood out was not his extensive expertise which is impressive but his warmth, compassion and patience.
Dr Kwan offers hope and positivity at a time when one needs to hear it the most.
With no exaggeration, probably the most impressive Dr I have ever met.
