I received the best care and attention from Dr Jones before and after my operations. He was very understanding and reassuring with all my concerns and explained fully everything before the operation. He came round after the operation with Mr Smith and they both confirmed what had been done and what aftercare was needed. Dr Jones remains professional at all times but with a very friendly attitude. I have great trust in his skills and care.

Wonderful & perfect, this man is an absolute GEM!!
I received excellent care from Mr Jones during the recent removal of my thyroid under the NHS at Springfield on 25th Sept. Everything was explained to me so that I understood what was going to happen, he totally put me at ease and I have every confidence in recommending him.

Dr jones was so lovely to me and explained everything really clearly to me. I was very impressed and he popped by to see me after surgery the next day too. I could not of been happier with his bedside manner or personality! Thank you for taking great care of me gemma clifford

Dr Hywel Jones is a very professional and personable gentleman. He takes great care in explaining everything to you clearly and concisely thus exuding confidence that your anaesthetic is in very safe hands. This anaesthetic was my eighth in three years, I can honestly said it was the best yet. I would highly recommend Hywel to any patient and I would definitely be happy to place myself in his very safe hands again.

I recently had an operation to remove a goitre, Dr. Jones was the anaesthetist. He took a lot of time and care to explain to me what he would be doing, performing his pre-operative and post-operative checks. He was extremely professional as well as caring and personable, and totally put me at ease.
I had no side effects after the operation, and was staggered to know that I had been unconscious and even that the operation had taken place, when I came 'round'.
He is a true professional and a real gentleman. Many, many thanks.
