I would just like to say I think Dr jones is an amazing man he made me feel very comfortable about the operation and explained in detail every step he also had a very friendly manner and puts you at ease straight away. ps my op was a knee replacement patient john kieran

Before my operation I was extremely anxious as previously I had had a bad experience with general anaesthetic. Dr Jones talked me through what would be involved with a spinal anaesthetic. Though initially quite daunted by the idea, in the operating theatre he totally reassured me. With the help of sedation as well my operation went ahead with me being able to hear but not feel anything. Dr Jones constantly provided reassurance and kept me completely calm. As a result of this type of anaesthetic I , suffered no sickness and indeed, had no adverse reaction. I found Dr Jones to be kind, thoughtful, honest and exemplary in all ways. As a result of his professional manner what was initially a very frightening experience became one that was easily endured.

I couldn't have wished for a better approach and explanation of the procedure that was to take place, along with any other alternative course of action. he was very friendly making me feel very much at ease , he was very confident which made me feel very safe in his care of me at a time which could have been very stressful for me. He was a truly wonderful person and I was so pleased with the outcome
