I was obviously anxious prior to my total knee replacement op. This doctor treated me with care and kindness and assured me very confidently. His effective communication skills delivered at the right pace and calm manner meant that i could relax completely under his care. I was able to focus on my recovery knowing that all would be well....and most of all it was. You cannot improve perfection. The service i received was faultless. I have no hesitation in recommending him in the future. A big thank you to him. Eleven marks out of ten. For your information i am a senior citizen.

Dr Jones was very helpful with explaining to me the drugs he would be using I am an asthmatic so I worry about going under. Dr Jones spend a long time explaining how it all works and all he said was exactly correct. I woke up feeling great and have had no pain. Fantastic Doctor and very good at this job faultless.

My only anxiety prior to my lumpectomy was potential serious vomiting afterwards (family history). My surgeon, Simon Smith, assured me (correctly) that Dr Jones would not let this happen, but I was still dubious until I met Dr Jones prior to the operation when he came and chatted to me at length, explaining the procedure. He was calm and calming, but also realistic, explaining his part in the procedure and what might happen afterwards. He filled me with confidence, and reassured me so that I felt totally calm even before the pre-med. It is obvious that Dr Jones works closely with Mr Smith, my surgeon, as a brilliant double act. I was very impressed to see both of them after my operation, when they visited to check my state. I understand that my total lack of post-operative sickness or pain (apart from a slightly sore throat) says a great deal for the extraordinary skills of Dr Jones. I could not have asked for a better experience.

This doctor was excellent, he explained all i needed to know in great detail but in away i could understand.Keeping me awake thoughout the opperation was great and with his witty comentry and his pictures he took on his i pad the time passed so quickly that i forgot about the operation taking place. I reccomend this procedure of not being put out,with this doctor it is a good experience with the advantage of not feeling sick and light headed on the completion of the operation,thankyou again for what you done
