Dr Jones, what a lovely, lovely man. He put me totally at ease whilst I was at Springfield Hopspital having my chemo port fitted. He was understanding of my feelings of being overwhelmed and scared following my very recent breast cancer diagnosis. It was refreshing to be advised as to what to expect during my post-op period and that it was actually what I experienced. Often you are told everything will be fine and you suffer unexpected pain or discomfort and resort to Google to check it out.
