Dr Jones, what a lovely, lovely man. He put me totally at ease whilst I was at Springfield Hopspital having my chemo port fitted. He was understanding of my feelings of being overwhelmed and scared following my very recent breast cancer diagnosis. His kindest really made me smile - as well as making the start of my tough journey a bit easier. Thank you so much.. x
