I had a thyroid & cyst removal at Springfield hospital on 15 January 2015. I was very apprehensive, Dr Jones was the anaesthetist and came to see me before the procedure. He was very professional and explained in depth in such a soft manner it put me at ease and he won my trust. He was very kind, calm, friendly and caring & it was nice to see him in the anaesthetic room befor the operation and even after the operation to see how I was feeling. Thank you Dr Jones for looking after me, you should give lessons on your bed side manner. Mrs B Fowler Leigh - on - sea
