Hywel Jones is a lovely man. He took time to ensure I knew everything I was going to experience before, during and after my operation. He was gentle and caring. He came to check on me after my op and the morning after. It made all the difference to me as I was very nervous and his calm manner made me feel more at ease. Thank you so much Hywel
