I have just been discharged from the Day Care Unit at Broomfield Hospital after a biopsy operation and would like to express my thanks to Mr Smith and Dr Jones and all concerned for the excellent treatment I received whilst in their care. In particular Dr Hywel Jones who came to my bedside shortly after I arrived and discussed my situation and concerns. His forthright answers and understanding gave me a good feeling of confidence in what was to be done. Similarly in the Theatre his good leadership and helpfulness to the Team and Staff was evident and I feel sure they all appreciated his excellent manner. After the procedure Dr Jones and Mr Smith came to see me again to explain what had been done and put me in the loop. Good confidence in them and their Staff came through and I left with a feeling of well being, and I would again like to express my sincere thanks to them all.
