Dr Hywel Jones was my anaesthetist when I had a thyroid removal operation. He is a great Dr and the detail and care he took before the operation was impressive. He very carefully explained every detail of what happen before and after the operation, what to expect and what it would feel like. Everything happened exactly as explained.
