Mr Arnaout was well prepared for the appointment having read my file and given my clinical presentation identified the options/actions available. His clinical approach was most professional, his manner was pleasant, he was patient and communicated in a clear and concise manner. he took the time to check my understanding of options available, the benefits of them and associated risks. He was very understanding and supportive of my need to have my concommitent problem - prostate cancer treated prior to knee treatment. A good consultation and I left as a satisfied patient.
